Activist and advocate Juliette Love, a board member of the Pride Center at Equality Park since 2013, died after a battle with cancer on Wednesday. Love had been a member of Florida’s HIV/AIDS prevention planning process since 1994, initially working with the Miami-Dade Couty planning group. From 1997 to her death, she worked with the Broward Community Planning Group. Love graduated from Florida A&M University in 1970, and received her Masters in Public Administration from Florida Atlantic University in 2009. Services are pending.
