WILTON MANORS–A crowd estimated at just over a hundred rallied in front of Wilton Manors City Hall to call for the town to take long-overdue measures to improve traffic lights, crosswalks and police monitoring following the death of Greg Futchi, a dedicated member of the Gay Men’s Chorus of South Florida.
Protesters held signs demanding “No More Blood on Wilton Drive,” “City Officials Do Your Job,” “Enforce Speed Limits Now!” “Wilton Manors Shame on You,” “Stop the Deaths Now,” and “Wilton Manors Take Ownership of the Drive Now.”
