“Family Building Consideration for the LGBTQ Community” is being held Thursday, March 10, at the Boatyard Restaurant at Fort Lauderdale Marina (1555 SE 17th St., Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316). Presented by GayParentsToBe, an informational resource and link to gay parenting services, the event features a Happy Hour meet and greet beginning at 6 p.m. followed by a Family Building Presentation from 6:30-7:30 pm. A question and answer period will follow at 7:30.
GayParentsToBe was launched by Reproductive Medicine Associates of CT (RMACT) to more completely address the unique challenges same-sex couples and LGBT solo parents face when building their family.
