Eddie Jamoldroy Justice texted his mother at 2:06 am. “Mommy I love you,” the first message said. “In club they shooting.” The accountant kept texting that he was trapped in a bathroom, like so many of the victims. His mother called police and waited. At 2:39 am he wrote, “He’s coming. I’m gonna die.” The police found his body when they finally entered the club nearly three hours later.
