Mark Ketcham is the executive director of Sunserve, the LGBTQ social service agency in the Greater Fort Lauderdale area. Under Ketcham’s leadership since 2010, Sunserve has expanded its services for in mental health counseling (both individual and group), youth services through groups, activities and in the schools, a senior day care center, senior services aimed at allowing aging in place, case management for people with HIV/AIDS, and cultural competency training. Previous as the owner of BackusKetcham Group, Mark provided local government consulting, public relations and campaign management.
