HEALTHY HAPPY HOUR
An all new spin on the traditional happy hour that will get your heart beating, your mind relaxed and your body’s energy flowing. August 18, 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. The Pride Center’s PALS Project will partner with CAMP For Health for a Healthy Happy Hour. Are you curious about acupuncture, but scared of the needles? Have you ever wanted to try yoga, but doubted your flexibility? Have you heard of Reiki, but aren’t sure exactly what it is? This is the event for you. Simple acupuncture, massage, Reiki, yoga and guided meditation. Please dress comfortably to participate.
