Will you adopt me? I’m Kali (ID# 437504) and I’m a 13 week old playful calico who is curious, loving and will entertain you for hours. I like toys of all kinds, but I also enjoy curling up in your lap to take a nap. Please give me a home for life!
I’m Bongo (ID# A436603) and I’m a 4 year young, 87 pound Rottweiler mix who is playful, smart and loyal. I LOVE to play with toys and hope you will adopt me and get me toy box full of things to play with. I lost my home because I got too big. I get along with other dogs and people of all ages; I just would prefer a home without felines. Did I mention I love going to the dog park and going for car rides. Please give me a home.
The adoption fees are $100 for dogs and $135 for dogs 6 months and younger. The $85 fee for cats 6 months and older is currently being waived and for kittens has been reduced to $50. The fee includes spay/neuter surgery, preliminary vaccinations, microchip and registration, heartworm test for dogs and feline leukemia test for cats and more. The adoption fee for rabbits is $20.00. For more information call the shelter today at 954-989-3977 or visit www.humanebroward.com to see who else is looking for a home for life. If you are over the age of 60, you may qualify to have part of your adoption fee waived, stop by for details. The Humane Society of Broward County is located at 2070 Griffin Road, just a block west of I-95. Adoptions open daily at 10 a.m.
