All charges against Boyd Corbin were dropped minutes before jury selection of a felony trial. A utube video was found by the Broward State Attorney’s Office “the night before the trial”. The video showed the actual Halloween incident on state where the lying drag queen walked off stage landing on his feet and before that he blew out the tiki torch which was never waved at him at all. It took the SAO almost a year to decide not to file perjury charges against the drag queen Michael Walters. In October 2015 Walters made up more lies of violence against him and asked a judge for a restraining order against Boyd Corbin which was denied. It’s extremely disheartening when an important news topic such as this attracts very little attention from the Transgender community. I just don’t get it. Are transgenders & transsexuals not interested about the news in general so they miss the important topics that effect our T-community all as a whole? Or maybe they have become complacent so they assume that the gay men and women of Florida will always go to battle for us. Again, I don’t know? But whatever the reason shall be, it is reckless and inexcusable.

Frank Artiles (speaking of reckless) is a real piece of crap for proposing this toilet bill !!! I have been following this news story & ridiculous bill proposal from Representative Frank Artiles (R-Miami) since I first saw it on Local 10 News back in March. I understand there is a second bill which mirrors the first. These proposed bills are “terrifying” at best, and there seems to be little awareness in the transgender community. May I also add that it’s no fault of local journalists and news publications because I see it being covered !!! This column is a prime example, yet I see not a single comment on this news story which is a fairly good indication that there is a need to find a different platform to get this topic out to my peers. WAIT—-> I have a better proposal below but I need people to read it, and lead me to the right people to execute the plan properly. Maybe some TV camera’s from Guy Magazine… columnists, journalist, and anyone who can get me access to the men’s room that Rep Artiles utilizes on a regular basis.

What I am about to propose is not a joke, I am 100% serious about following through on doing this to show Rep Frank Artiles and the world just how STUPID & PATHETIC his proposed toilet bill is !!! Okay, here goes…

Since I am a passable “full time” trans-female (yet my birth certificate reads male) I would like the opportunity to follow Rep Frank Artiles into the mens bathroom and walk up next to him at a urinal, and I will have no problem standing directly next to him and pulling out my pen-s while at the same time striking up conversation with him about his proposed bill ! I would love for it to be video recorded and blasted across social media and the mainstream media so that I can prove my point to Rep Artiles that he is a JACKASS ! I do NOT want the video to have any nudity, or violate any laws. I just want to show this nitwit Frank what he is proposing, and what the outcome will be should the bill pass. Does he really want transsexual females standing at a urinal with our “personal business” all exposed while most of the men in the rest room would be eye balling us in confusion or dropping dead from a heart attack or stroke?

If Rep Artiles is allegedly a homo-phob or trans-phob, then why in the hell would he want Me or any of my peers to urinate standing next to him? Maybe he might actually be turned on by that thought, thats anybodies guess. What in the hell does Frank Artiles know about the “LADIES ROOM.” He is a MAN ! He knows NOTHING! So allow me to educate him. Dear Frankie, In the WOMEN’S ROOM We don’t stand at a wall and expose ourselves to one another while urinating. In addition, men infamously have the grand finale “SHAKE: at the end, and I’m not referring to shaking hands. In the WOMEN’S RESTROOM we have PRIVATE stalls and/or private rooms that we go into my ourselves and we don;t expose ourselves to anyone! Instead of ripping transsexuals apart, you should spend more time passing a bill making URINALS illegal because of all the indecent expose that happens in the mens room, and leave we trans-girls and trans-guys ALONE! All we want is privacy … a closed door to ourselves while we relieve ourselves in private.

I will take one for the team and follow through on my proposal to stand right next to Rep Artiles at a urinal if I can rally enough support and guidance to make it a GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY (Pun Intended) just to show them what they are accomplishing if they pass this bill. I am sorry if this offends anyone as that’s never my intent. But please excuse Me because I am a little PISSED OFF. (Pun Intended)
