Apple CEO Tim Cook’s recent criticism of states where it is legal to fire people based on their sexual orientation; and Cook’s own announcement that he is gay, prompted this interesting discussion at Bloomberg West about whether hiring LGBT individuals is good for business and what should be done about discrimination.
