“South Beach on Heels,” a new film by Dmitry Zhiov, will be screened at the Fort Lauderdale Gay and Lesbian Film Festival on Sunday, October 12th at 9:30 p.m. The 80 minute documentary features drag stars of South Florida that many of us are familiar with, in interviews and stories of their lives and their art. “South Beach on Heels” takes you backstage, frontstage, behind the scenes and in the scene of the drag community right here in our town.
