FORT LAUDERDALE—Effective immediately, Multimedia Platforms LLC, publisher of the Agenda newspaper, Guy Magazine, as well as floridaagenda.com and guymag.net, will be moving its corporate headquarters to 2929 East Commercial Blvd, Penthouse D, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308-4239. All functions of the corporation, including editorial, advertising, graphic design, Internet services, marketing and event planning will be housed at the complex. It will also become the new home for the Brian Neal Fitness and Health Foundation.

Founding partner Bobby Blair announced his excitement at the move, adding that it is the latest reflection of the growth that the publishing platform has seen in the last ten months. “At a time when many print publications are dying or being transformed solely to on-line editions, we, at MMP, are proud of our continued growth in a very competitive marketplace. The expansion is reflected in the all new Agenda newspaper with comprehensive distribution throughout the entire state of Florida, with additional states currently being examined for future growth potential.”

Multimedia Platforms LLC in conjunction with its investment partners TBG Holdings is currently preparing to launch an IPO stock offering in September, 2014.
