Venice, CA – 95-year-old actress Marsha Hunt lost many roles throughout her career due to her liberal political stances in 1947. Hunt has since dedicated her time to working with a variety of causes, one of which just so happens to be supporting the LGBT community. She penned the song, “Here’s to All The lovers” in support of marriage equality, which was performed by Carol McArthur at the Talking Stick in Venice, CA. Following the performance, Hunt spoke to the audience more about the song and why she decided to write it.
