Broward Humane Society Pet Adoptions 12/29/11

Posted on 30 December 2011

The Humane Society of Broward County will be closing at 4:30 on December 31st and will be closed on New Year’s Day. The shelter will reopen on Monday at 10 a.m. for adoptions.

If you like BIG dogs stop by the Humane Society of Broward County and meet Zeus, a 1 year old, 130 pound Great Dane.

This fellow is a big couch potato who is sweet and friendly and he likes to lean against you. Zeus is going to prefer a home where he is the only pet, that way he can have all your attention. Can you make his wish come true and give him a home for life?

Fun loving, purr machine…that’s the best way to describe Morton who is just 15 weeks old. Morton is curious, playful and promises to keep you entertained for hours. This fellow gets along with other kitties and is hoping you’ll give him a home for life. Can you make his New Year wish come true?

The adoption fees are as follows: $100 for dogs over 6 months, $135 for dogs under 6 months, kittens are $50 and felines over 6 months are free.

The fee includes spay/neuter surgery, preliminary vaccinations, microchip and registration, heartworm test for dogs and feline leukemia test for cats and more. The adoption fee for rabbits is $20.00. For more information call the shelter today at 954-989-3977 or visit www.humanebroward.com to see who else is looking for a home for life.
