Royal T-Dance
Head out to the Royal Palms Resort (717 Breakers Avenue) on Fort Lauderdale for their monthly T-dance as they welcome back DJ Jason Gonzales spinning from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday, October 16 on their front pool deck. $12 domestic buckets, $15 import buckets, $10 Bacardi Rum buckets and $5 Finlandia or Chambord Vodka cocktails. ART FALLOUT

The Girls Club will host Art Fallout in conjunction with the Sailboat Bend Artist Lofts and 18 Rabbit Gallery to support contemporary art in the local community on Saturday, October 16 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Art Fallout will take place at three participating galleries. There will be a free trolley to shuttle people between the venues.

Simultaneously, the neighboring artist spaces and galleries will join in and host their own events.

South Florida artists can drop off works to at the Girls Club. There is a $5 per work fee and all works are accepted and presented. Apanel of prominent South Florida arts professionals will judge the works in the exhibition on their merits and assign a variety of awards. 18 Rabbit Gallery will be showing “Altered States,” the first exhibition and grand opening of its new space in FAT Village, from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. 1310 Gallery presents the juried show, “Myth of Power” curetted by Lisa Rockford. There will also be an open exhibit at FAT Village in the Museum of Art, Fort Lauderdale.

SENIOR Health EXPO

The LGBT Senior Expo will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, October 22 at The Pride Center at Equality Park, 2040 N Dixie Highway in Wilton Manors. The event will provide LGBT Seniors with a comprehensive overview of healthcare services available to benefit the elder LGBT community. The event will feature a trade show with various LGBT-friendly medical, professional and financial services providers, who are eager to assist our community. An Evening in Paradise

An Evening in Paradise, a benefit for the Pride Center at Equality Park, will be held on Saturday, November 5 from
7 p.m. to 11 p.m. at Paradise Point in Fort Lauderdale. Open bar, great food, deejay and other entertainment, valet parking. Tickets are $100 per person (limited to 300 people so get your tickets early). For more information and to purchase tickets, go to www.glccsf.org.. Tickets will not be sold at the event. Special guests include Michael Holtz (Mr. Gay USA 2011) and Logan Voxx (Out 100 for 2011).
