Letters to the Editor September 15, 2011

In response to the Editorial, “Where Were You?”
in the Florida Agenda, September 8, 2011.

DEAR EDITOR,
I wanted to praise you on last week’s cover. It
really encompassed the feeling of the nation, we do
remember and I really enjoyed the theme of the
paper. It was nice to remember without anger or
force or hate, but just taking time to reflect on an
event that changed the world. Your editorial took
me on a journey that showed how someone else
remembered in a different part of the world. All
our remembrance is focused on US soil, it’s great to
be reminded that the events of 9/11 shook the
world and that everyone was affected, no matter
where they were.

SINCERELY,
D. CARERRA

In response to the Style, “Back In Black” in the
Florida Agenda, September 1, 2011.

DEAR EDITOR,
I am enjoying the fashion pieces that you guys
are putting out, the piece on black clothes was
great, I actually bought the vest! Thanks for that!
